JNF: A Tribute to Michael Raileanu
“For many years, Jewish National Fund in St. Louis has worked very closely with Solomon Schechter Day School of St. Louis to coordinate a fund-raising phone-a-thon, Green Sunday. This event has been largely successful as a result of a very dedicated individual: Michael Raileanu.
Each year, Michael served as the point person from Solomon Schechter Day School. He helped behind the scenes with logistics and set up. He encouraged students to participate in tikkun olam and volunteer at the event. Michael helped make Green Sunday a warm and welcoming place for the community at-large.
As a tribute to his hard work and passion, Michael Raileanu was presented with a plaque of appreciation by JNF Campaign Executive, Sonya Jacobs. Jewish National Fund would like to thank Michael for his support in making the work of JNF in St. Louis successful.”
